Stand Sex Workers

Last year members of SA Parliament acknowledged the desperate need for sex work law reform yet refused to allow debate on an internationally supported model. The archaic laws currently in place in our state are the oldest sex work laws in the entire country and cannot protect and regulate the sex industry. The marginalisation of sex workers has increased in 2020 with the COVID pandemic and lockdowns. Sex workers of SA have been unable to work and unable to access federal or state government supports intended for workers due to the criminalisation of sex work.

You can stand with sex workers in SA as they call for the recognition of their rights!
